Midwest Coaches Collaborative a hive-mind of our region’s coaches working toward deepening and broadening our region’s coaching knowledge base. This is where you’ll find folders with drills, workouts, training plans and team building activities. It also contains an amazing contribution from Chris Chase, the director of youth rowing for USRowing. We encourage you to add to, share & comment on resources. As you add to them, please include your name and contact info on the document so others can reach out to you!
